The growing demand for dependable and easy to maintain water temperature controllers has lead to the development of AceTronics’ THERMOCLINE unit. The THERMOCLINE unit will circulate water through the process applications to ensure even temperature control. THERMOCLINE provides an increase in the precision of process temperature control, an efficient and safe way of maintaining the proper temperatures throughout your mold. For fast, reliable and accurate response to process changes the THERMOCLINE will adjust accordingly for maximum control performance.
With minimum internal piping the THERMOCLINE water temperature controller is easily accessible and trouble shooting is further simplified by the user-friendly design. A footprint of only 16.5"x18" ensures minimum floor space occupied by the unit. THERMOCLINE units are portable, which allows for ease of manoeuvrability between applications. The water temperature control units can be used in applications involving molds, dies, heat exchangers, rolls and many more.
THERMOCLINE maybe customized to suit the complexity of your process or the ease of your application. Ultimately, the customer decides how best the THERMOCLINE can be utilized within the manufacturing process. AceTronic maintains adequate inventory levels of integral components so as to ensure just-in-time delivery.
