MAPMAN - PROGRAMLESS SOLUTION

Selected RKC Temperature Controllers and your PLC can go hand to hand within the same nework without extensive programming and customization using MAPMAN function of FAREX - SR Mini HG.

MAPMAN & FAREX-SR Mini HG

MAPMAN is a simplified interface solution between PLCs and single loop or multi-loop RKC PID controllers which provides superior temperature control accuracy with no programming required.

MAPMAN functions automatically write process data into the PLC registers and update parameters continuously and automatically.

COM-E Communication Protocol Converter (to MAPMAN)

Automatically converts the protocol used in RKC controllers into the PLC protocol and writes the data into the PLC's registers. One COM-E can support up to 20 Controllers.

* CB Series: CB100, CB400, CB500, CB700, CB900

* SA Series: SA100, SA200

* REX F Series: F400, F700, F900

* LE 100 (Back-Pressure Level Meter)

COM-H Communication Protocol Converter (to DeviceNET)

DeviceNet is a low-cost industrial network to connect industrial devices such as limit switches, photoelectric cells, valve manifolds, motor starters, drives, and operator displays to PLCs and PCs. The network eliminates expensive hard-wiring while providing device-level diagnostics. ODVA is the organization that manages the DeviceNet technology and promotes the worldwide adoption of DeviceNet in industrial automation.

This is a communication protocol converter between SR Mini multi-loop controllers and PLC that are connected via DeviceNet, and converts protocols between RKC standard/ANSI and DeviceNet. The following Controllers can be used COM-H

* CB Series: CB100, CB400, CB500, CB700, CB900

* SA Series: SA100, SA200

* REX F Series: F400, F700, F900

* LE 100 (Back-Pressure Level Meter)

* SR Mini HG system

* MA900/901

COM-G Communication Protocol Converter (to ProfiBUS-DP)

Profibus-DP is used in time-critical applications between an automation system and distributed devices (remote I/O, inverter, etc.). Profibus-DP is also defined as IEC61158 and EN50170.

COM-G is a DIN rail mounted profibus gateway for RKC products. Up to 31 controllers or 1 SR mini can be connected to Profibus via COM-G. The following controllers can be used with COM-G:

* CB Series: CB100, CB400, CB500, CB700, CB900

* SA Series: SA100, SA200

* REX F Series: F400, F700, F900

* LE 100 (Back-Pressure Level Meter)

* SR Mini HG system
