MDI Mercury Relays & Contactors

Your alternative to conventional Solid State Relays!

General Information:

Mercury Displacement Relays are all designed and built to meet the most exacting demands of industry. They have proved their ability to stand up under the most adverse conditions of temperature, dust and moisture, in all types of applications.

Available in all standard coil voltages, in single, two and three pole arrangements. Other coil voltages available upon request.

In multiple pole units each tube is actuated by its own coil. This eliminates pull-in variation between contact tubes, assuring consistent switching.

OTHER ADVANTAGES

30 Amp Normally Open Contactors

35 Amp Contactors

This contactors are available in 1 Pole, 2 Poles, 3 Poles, 4 Poles (Metal Strapped), Normally open or Normally close. They operate from -35 ºC to 85 ºC, with a typical contact resistance of 0.003 Ohms (after cycling under load), with a dielectric withstand of 2500VAC RMS and operate time of 30 ms and release time of 35 ms on normally closed units. They are certified by CSA, UL, CE, TUV.

60 Amp Contactors

This contactors are available in 1 Pole, 2 Poles, 3 Poles, 4 Poles(Metal Strapped), Normally open or Normally close. They operate from -35 ºC to 85 ºC, with a typical contact resistance of 0.002 Ohms (after cycling under load), with a dielectric withstand of 2500VAC RMS and operate time of 30 ms and release time of 35 ms on normally closed units. They are certified by CSA, UL, CE, TUV.

100 Amp Contactors

This contactors are available in 1 Pole, 2 Poles, 3 Poles, Normally open or Normally close. They operate from -35 ºC to 85 ºC, with a typical contact resistance of 0.001 Ohms (after cycling under load), with a dielectric withstand of 2500VAC RMS and operate time of 45 ms and release time of 60 ms on normally closed units. They are certified by CSA, UL, CE, TUV.

High Voltage Contactors

For UV Curing and various High Voltage applications. Available in Single Pole, Normally Open or Normally Closed units with 10 A @ 3500 VAC, 15 A @ 2500 VAC, AC Inductive - Power Factor 0.7 or Greater.
