Hot Runner Temperate Control System

Acetronic provides Hot Runner Temperature Control Systems for almost any application. Our mainframes are designed to improve your molding process. A standard configuration will accept DME, MCS, IMS, ATHENA, as well as ACETRONIC module.
Each mainframes requires no external relays or Contactors. The modules route power directly to the heaters. In addition, the mainframes are portable and can be disconnected quickly and reconnected to another mold. The control modules can be changed without powering down the unit.
Optional features can be added to our mainframes, such as Audible & Visible Alarms, Machine Shutdown and Reset.

The release of the Q-Star™ series multizone Hot Runner Temperature Control System by MCS with touch screen computer interface is the latest installment in state-of-the-art mold control.

The Q-Star™ series Hot Runner Temperature Control System is compact with a footprint of 18" width by 22" depth and has a capacity for up to 240 zones. Its 15" LCD color touch screen computer interface allows the user quick setups and easy access to information.
